Terms of Service
The service is provided by the "sinq Venture platform," a product of Sinq venture LTD. By accessing or using Sinq venture, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you will be unable to access the platform. In these Terms of Service, "the sinq venture" refers to "web APP."
The Sinq is committed to respecting and protecting the personal privacy of all users. To offer you more accurate and personalized services, the sinq platform will use and disclose your personal information in accordance with these Terms of Service. The sinq will handle this information with a high degree of diligence and care. Except as otherwise specified in these Terms of Service, the sinq will not disclose your personal information to external parties or share it with third parties without your prior consent. The sinq may update these Terms of Service periodically. By using the web App’s services, you are deemed to have accepted all the content of these Terms of Service. These Terms of Service are an integral part of the web app Service Agreement.

1. When you register an account on the web app, you are required to provide personal registration information as specified by the Web app.
2. When you utilize the web app online services, the App will automatically collect and record information from your browser and mobile device. This may include, but is not limited to, your IP address, browser type, language preferences, access date and time, software and hardware characteristics, and web page records of your requests.
You understand and agree that the following information is not covered by these Terms of Service:
1. Information related to violations of the sinq venture rules, including, but not limited to, details of posts made in public forums.
2. Information related to violations of laws or sinq venture rules, as well as actions the sinq venture has taken against you.
II. Use of Information
1. The web app will not provide, sell, rent, share, or trade your personal information to any unrelated third party without your prior consent.
2. The web app prohibits any third party from collecting, editing, selling, or distributing your personal information by any means. Any user found engaging in such activities on the Sinq platform will have their service agreement terminated immediately.

The web app may disclose your personal information, in whole or in part, with your consent or as required by law, under the following circumstances:
1. With Your Consent: Disclosure to third parties with your prior consent.
2. Service Provision: Disclosure to third parties as necessary to provide the products and services you have requested.

4. Violation of Terms: Disclosure to third parties in the event you violate laws, regulations, the App’s Service Agreement, or relevant policies.

2. Modification Rights: The company reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time. We encourage you to review it regularly. If there are significant changes to this agreement, the company will notify you through internal notifications within the App.
